Edward G. Newman – Chairman and CEO
Ed Newman has over forty years of experience in virtually every aspect and every area of modern information technology. He has been responsible for the creation of several breakthrough approaches to the market entry of the major revolutions in information systems – specifically the area of modern local (Ethernet and LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) along with workstations and server-based systems and that of mobile and wearable computing and communications.
Newman has been the chairman and CEO of several hi-tech companies with international operations in the fields of hardware development, software development, training and education and business process engineering. He has developed successful go-to-market strategies and executions over the course of his career and holds numerous international patents on next generation technologies and processes, including several in process at the moment.
Newman is a sought-after public speaker, and regularly consults with chairmen, presidents and CEOs as well as government and academic leaders worldwide on new generation technology, novel business models and “re-engineering” companies, industries and nations to achieve competitive advantage for their stakeholders. Newman holds a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s from the University of New Haven.
Dr. Aftab Ahmed – President and Chief Operational Officer
Dr. Aftab Ahmed is President and Chief Operational Officer of PowerComm International.
Dr. Ahmed is responsible for international operation and management. He is also responsible to oversee marketing and exploring new ventures.
Dr. Ahmed has more than thirty years of vast experience in the administration, teaching, research, training in health and sciences field and business/marketing. He has completed many international projects with the collaborations of National Institute of Health, Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, US AID, Harvard International Development. He also worked for the establishment of International Referral Epidemic Center “infectious diseases”. He has major interest in infectious diseases, biochemistry and business. Dr Ahmed has more than 150 publications and presentations.
He has been Executive Board member of PAU group, which was establishing a George Mason University campus in Pakistan.
Dr. Ahmed also worked in import, export and marketing firm “SharpWorld” as CEO.
Currently he is chairman of AMA Enterprises, which is actively playing a roll in the development of scientific product. He is also Vice President of Nu-Pulse Technology Incorporation.
